We encourage all our users to verify all property and documents with a lawyer before buying or renting on vlora.

Ensure you go or assign any close relative for physical Inspections to verify for yourself the genuiety of the said property before you approve the payment to the Agent.

Your funds remain protected and safe in your wallet until payment is approved for the property, this means no agent can withdraw funds from your wallet unless you confirm the payment from your end this gives you extra security when transacting with Agents on Vlora.

Flexible Payment

Users can now buy & rent any verified property listed on vlora with out pressure, pay conveniently as you earn on a monthly base for up to 24 months with an annual mark up (Interest) of at least 10% and an upfront equity of at least 30% will be required as deposit while you spread the remaining 70% between 12 to 24 months depending on the property type and amount.

Fractional Ownership (Co-Own)

Our users can now own fractions of strategically located commercial, residential & agricultural properties listed in partnership with the best Real Estate developers from as low as N25,000 within and outside Nigeria, the goal of this opportunity is to enable realestate freedom for all and also help hardworking Nigerians diversify their portfolio with daily, weekly and monthly cash flow generating assets.

Documentation

All automated documents will be made available , accessible and downloadable on request by the buyer or renter in the process of payment, user's are required to select at will the "Legal Fee" section under each project payment breakdown section to access documents on vlora app.

Failure to click on the legal fee implies that the agent will be mandated to provide your legal documents after purchase outside the app.

Our legal documents provides extra protection to all users on the app, it further proves and confirms your transaction with the said agent.
